91. A Hotter Toddy

INGREDIENTS: 

1 1/2 oz dark liquor of your choice (rum, whiskey)
1 oz brown sugar
Hot Cherry Pepper Simple Syrup
1 oz freshly squeeze orange juice
2 oz hot water

DIRECTIONS:
Stir syrup with the liquor and juice in a mug, and top with hot water.  Garnish with orange peel and pepper wheel.
