
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together dry ingredients and then add wet. Spread evenly in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and let cool before cutting into squares.
