21. Coffee Marsala Syrup for Tiramisu Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp freshly brewed espresso
1 ounce marsala
1/4 cup sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Stir together all ingredients until dissolved and cool.  Use for moistening Tiramisu Cupcakes.
